Animal Farm

Old Major-Karl Max is the person in my opinion that reminds me of Old Major the reason why I think this is because he was the one who made up communism and in the book animal farm Old Major was the one who thought of that prophecy that animals will be equal and that they will rule the farm equally and then this made the animals think about what Old Major said before he passed away and then instead of calling it Communism they called it animalism. Karl Max died before the Russian Revolution though!

Napoleon-Joseph Stalin is the person in my opinion that I think represent Napoleon is because he was a leader and in the farm Napoleon is one of the leaders. In the farm Napoleon is the pig that doesn’t really talk to much but he gets his way and this is how he builds his reputation and this way I think Joseph Stalin resembles Napoleon.

Snowball-Leon Trotsky in the animal farm snowball is also one of the leaders and he is more talkative then Napoleon but he gets overthrown by Napoleon and his dogs because of one argument that they couldn’t agree on and he had to run away from thew farm and in real life i think Leon did the same thing he got over thrown because of all the ambition of power and now this is why I think that Leon represents Snowball in the book animal farm

Squealer-Lenin’s Propaganda department the reason why I think this is the department of propaganda is because in the animal farm squealer is the most persuasive and he tries to manipulate everyone with his words, propaganda is when you make someone believe in on side and he is basically doing that with everyone in the animal farm that is why I believe that the squealer is the propaganda department.

Benjamin-Skeptical people of Russia The reason why I think Benjamin the donkey was the skeptical people of Russia is because he is the only one in the farm that when asked a question he doesn’t answer the question. One of the questions were if he liked the new farm when Mr Jones was gone his answer was it doesn’t matter it is still the same either way he really is not that bothered at all.
